For Men in Recovery
Former addict turned fitness coach. I help men in recovery build a strong body to match the strong mind they already fought for. Training · Nutrition · Nervous System Regulation

IT STARTED WITH

Freshly sober without direction.
It wasn’t as simple as just stopping drinking and carrying on like nothing happened. We escape for a reason, but you already know it.
The empty time suddenly opened up. I had no idea what to do with it. I just knew that if I stayed idle, I’d eventually end up back where I started.
I was sober, but I felt weak and disconnected from my body. I had to do something, or it was only a matter of time.
I had a good job and a comfortable life on paper, but inside I felt empty. If it wasn’t for the gym, I don’t know where I would be.

Same man. New programming.
Training gave me structure. It was my way to tame the chaos that had always been part of my life.
For the first time, I felt in control of something. I was imposing my will on my own body and forcing it to change under pressure. That was the first time I felt alive, free, and like I was actually growing instead of shrinking.
It was the beginning of something real. A path toward peace of mind and peace of body. The wounds go deeper than the mind. They’re stored in the body too, and they don’t go away without physical movement.
